SPORTS REHABILITATION ASSESSMENT & TREATMENT
An initial assessment last around 60 - 75 minutes, it will consists of subjective questioning to obtain the background to the injury, supported by clinical testing and biomechanical analysis. This assessment is crucial for developing an effective recovery plan, ensuring that you can return to their sport safely and efficiently.
